Shitty images but eeh lets see. At least the seller was courteous to respond with “Thanks” and “Welcome” to me.
I’ll probably check it out tomorrow.

In high school I pined for an E46, how long ago that was. On that E46, talk them down to 2k and I’d say NP.

Looks like a solid price for what's going on, especially since the seller is coherent

You and me both! The e90 generations had just come out so the e46’s were new enough to be way out of reach for my high school budget. Now, years down the road, I still want one as a second car.

The E90 came out when I was a sophomore in high school, 2005, and I remember E46s still being priced in the 30s. A bit ironically , I wasn’t really a fan of the E90 when it came out. What makes that ironic is the fact I have two E9Xs now.

Much better! Fair price for what it is, and great that cooling work was recently done. If that’s the price range you’re in looks about right for what you can expect - a bit more will obviously get you a nicer car with sports package and the 6 speed, if you’re able to expand your budget.

It is accident damaged but it is still a clean title. Also the title says 202k but odo says 197k. Hmm....

That odo bit is what’s most concerning. I’m not particularly worried about accident damage, as long as things look straight and title is clear. My car had an accident some point in the past as well, fender benders happen.

Yep, gonna have to talk it over with the seller. Indiana BMV doesnt look at the odo when you title a car, they just ask you how many miles on the car. If its the same in Ohio, the seller could have made a mistake on it.

Ohio doesn’t either unless it was bought out of state . You self-report the odometer reading on the back of the title. If the car was bought out of state and the title transferred to Ohio, a VIN inspection is performed and the odometer reading is recorded by the BMV.
